To provide accurate quick billing, stock management, and seamless application functionality, Btavro requests access to certain device features and data:

• Account Registration & Profile: We may collect your mobile number, business name, and profile images during setup to maintain your unique business account.
• Device Storage & Local Database: Your billing entries, product master data, and sales reports are securely stored locally on your device using a sandboxed SQLite database.
• Contacts Permission (NSContactsUsageDescription): If granted, the app accesses your device contacts solely to allow you to quickly select a customer's phone number when generating an invoice without manual typing. We do not upload your contacts to any server.
• Camera & Photo Library (NSCameraUsageDescription / NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): Used to scan product QR codes, capture profile photos, and upload product catalog images.
• Bluetooth Permission (NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription): Used exclusively to discover, connect, and instantly print physical receipts on your thermal Bluetooth printer.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Btavro offers premium subscirption packages (e.g., Quick Billing, Sales with Stock) handled securely via Apple’s In-App Purchase mechanism. All transactions, billing history, and payment information are securely processed directly by Apple. Btavro does not store or access your credit card or financial details.

3. How We Use Your Data

The information we collect is strictly used to:

• Operate, maintain, and optimize application features.
• Process transactions and manage your digital subscription tiers.
• Generate local analytical reports and keep inventory counts accurate.
• Provide efficient customer support when contacted.

4. Data Security

We are firmly committed to protecting your data. Local data is strictly sandboxed within the operating system's safe parameters, and standard security measures are applied during active cloud sync features to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data. Local data can be cleared at any time by clearing the application storage. Account-related synchronized information can be managed or requested for complete deletion by contacting our support team.
