Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Btavro ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Btavro mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and us.

1. Subscription Services & Auto-Renewal

Btavro offers premium features and specialized business management modules (e.g., Quick Billing, Sales with Stock, Sales Without Stock) via auto-renewable subscription tiers:

• Payment & Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Charging: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• Subscription Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current active subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

2. User Obligations & Local Data Responsibilities

As a user of Btavro, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and business records.
• Since data can be stored locally using SQLite, you are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding your physical device. We are not liable for any data loss occurring due to hardware damage or device misplacement.

3. Account & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated synchronized personal data at any time. You may initiate this request through the app settings under the 'Delete Account' option. Upon initiation, your account, business configuration data, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers. Please note that this action is irreversible.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or harms other users or business operations.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
